•  You will be participating in the Yoga classes or workshops offered at Shanti Shanti Yoga. The Yoga class may require physical exertion and you assume full responsibility for any injuries which could be obtained during the class.  


  • Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention. It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to and regarding your participation in the yoga classes offered by your teacher, should you have any medical conditions. 


  • If you are pregnant or have recently given birth please be advised that Shanti Shanti Yoga classes are not specifically pregnancy or postpartum classes and therefore if you decide to take part in them you are doing it at your own risk.  


  • Shanti Shanti Yoga does not take any responsibility from any liability of loss or damage to personal property associated with yoga classes or workshops. 

For Online Classes

  • ​   Your camera doesn't have to be on, but I would always recommend having your camera on and testing before attending the class that the camera is well situated as to offer a good view for the teacher to correct the postures when needed.

  • Make sure the place you have chosen to practice is unobstructed and clear of any objects, furniture.

  • If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch with Shanti Shanti Yoga before attending a class.

  • Please make sure your microphone is muted when starting the class.

  • Try and log in a few minutes before the class starts begins. Anyone late will not gain access to the live class, but a recording will be sent upon request.

In person classes during Coronavirus (COVID-19) 


If you attend an in person class whilst Coronavirus restrictions and safety measures are in place you willl: 


  • Take care of yourself by following the appropriate government guidance on measures such as hand washing and social distancing. You will also take care of your personal items and yoga props, maintaining the cleanliness of your equipment. Please bring your own props to class. If you don't know where to buy them from, get in touch.


  • Follow the protocols and safety measures set out by Shanti Shantti Yoga for attending in person classes 


  • Not attend any class you have booked, should you be displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or have knowingly been in contact with anyone who is symptomatic. 


  • Inform Shanti Shanti Yoga should you develop symptoms following attendance at an in person class. 


  • Be advised that you might be contacted by Shanti Shanti Yoga regarding Covid-19 should any other student in the class develop symptoms.  


  • Students are expected to wear a mask upon their arrival and on leaving the studio. The mask can be removed once on the mat. 

  • Please touch as little as possible while in the buildings and try and stay in your allocated spot on the mat.
