Don't worry, in terms of practice I have you covered with classes to suit all needs. From slow to fast, to meditative and contemplative, check out the offerings below. Don't allow this period to take you away from your practice, as now more than ever with the winter months here, we need to stick together and continue our journey, to grow and evolve together.

If you can't make the class, send me an email at and I will send you a recording after payment has been made, which is available for 6 days so you can practice at your own convenience. Payment for recordings can be made here

If you you or your business has been directly affected by Covid - 19 and you are struggling financially but would like to attend the class, please get in touch and we can discuss alternative ways of payment.

Prepare for your online class

  • Your camera doesn't have to be on, but I would always recommend having your camera on and testing before attending the class that the camera is well situated as to offer a good view for the teacher to correct the postures when needed.​

  • Make sure the place you have chosen to practice is unobstructed and clear of any objects, furniture.​

  • If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch with Shanti Shanti Yoga before attending a class.

  • Please make sure your microphone is muted when starting the class.

  • Try and log in a few minutes before the class starts begins. Anyone late will not gain access to the live class, but a recording will be sent upon request.
